She has been working with at-risk youth, adolescents, young adults and families dealing with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, and interpersonal conflicts. Stephanie takes a integrative approach to her counseling practice, ensuring treatment is tailored to the individual or family.

Tammy Cappadonna-Kloss is a Licensed Professional Counselor who earned her Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from John Carroll University. She also holds a license from the Ohio Chemical Dependency Board. Tammy has experience working with adolescent addiction and behavioral concerns and their families in both an outpatient and inpatient setting. Tammy has also worked with individuals who are dealing with ADHD, Oppositional Defiance Disorder, Conduct Disorder, Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Trauma and Family Systems. Laura Moyer is an adult psychiatric mental health clinical nurse specialist and a graduate of the University of Toledo, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology and master’s degrees in education and nursing. Previously in private practice near Toledo and in Willoughby, she also taught mental health nursing in both classroom and clinical settings at the UT College of Nursing. She also served in two board positions on the Faculty Affairs Committee. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. He has extensive experience with adolescent behavior problems as well as marriage and family related issues. He is Certified Master Addictions Counselor and is a Substance Abuse Professional. He also has specialized training in co-dependency treatment approaches. Mr. Elwood has an interest in the function of faith and spirituality in the healing process. He is an Ordained Permanent Deacon for the Cleveland Catholic Diocese and Adjunct Faculty member at St. Mary Seminary and Graduate School of Theology.

Therapy Dogs have been known to make it easier for clients to open-up and become more relaxed. Their unconditional love can help clients through the therapy process by adding additional support. Mutual interaction and affection such as petting or cuddling with our therapy dog enhances the counseling experience here at Family Behavioral Health Services, LLC. Maggie is a 8 year old Cavachon. Our dogs help give the practice more of the comfort of home.
